Fish Tacos… good and bad

Anita from Married with Dinner was not deterred by some ho-hum food joint tacos… she went home and fried up some rock cod fish for a deliciously satisfying home cooked version. Nice.

Fish tacos are one of my top 5 favorite things and I was thrilled when I figured out how to make them perfectly at home. Nothin’ better! Thanks for this post/link. :)
